Tom Mallion to tell the Olympic story

LSM graduate Tom Mallion has been selected from thousands to be one of a hundred official “Storytellers” for BT during the lead up to the London 2012 games.

“I am passionate about the films I make and enjoy all aspects of the process.”

“I am passionate about the Olympics and the impact it’s going to have on our capital city. To be part of this incredible event is going to be a privilege. I can’t wait to get started and I understand that BT are pooling together people from all across the country including celebrities and athletes to help publicise the games and what they mean to our country. I felt I should create a blog to document how I am helping to tell London’s story and also provide links to any interesting blogs/stories related to the 2012 games that I come across.”

The BT initiative aims to provide colourful accounts of what the games really mean to people all over the country, provided by some of the best creative talent.

“We’ll put all their blogs, words, photos, films and artwork up in the Story Archive and you can always find the latest entries on the What’s New page.”
