Coming Up is a Talent Scheme sponsored by Channel 4 and Touchpaper TV that provides emerging film makers with the opportunity to make an authored drama with a guaranteed network broadcast. The deadline for the 2013 round is July 2 2012.
The film was written by Brian Winston and edited by Chris Hainstock. It explores the moral complexities of controversial American documentary-maker Robert Flaherty, the man credited with being the father of the modern documentary after he produced and directed Nanook of the North in 1922.

We are a new short international film festival that is taking place in Thurrock, Essex, UK in June this year. We are seeking entries for our festival. We have just received good news from Andy McKay. The Chair of the Midlands Royal Television Society judges has told him that Dirty Diamond Media has been nominated for Best Fiction Film in the student category.
